BOOKING PROCESS
Registered users can book a cart, wheelchair, or porter by selecting an option and providing train, coach/seat number, and pick-up point. A carrier is then assigned by the operator.
ROLE OF THE OPERATOR
The operator ensures that users receive quality service from carriers. They coordinate with the porters/carriers and assign them to specific users based on their requirements.
FINANCIAL TRANSACTION
The carrier charges and service fees will be determined based on a verbal agreement between the porter and the user, in accordance with the applicable rates
